My name is Amelia, and I’m a lash-a-holic. Ever since I learned how to properly apply them in college years ago, I’ve been donning them on an almost daily basis. False lashes are like the cherry on top of an indulgent sundae; the ice cream is delicious on its own, but you definitely notice something’s missing. Much like a signature scent or handbag, hitting the town without them just feels wrong.

I’ve purchased falsies from every vendor imaginable: hole-in-the-wall beauty supply stores, drug stores, grocery stores, cosmetics shops like Sephora, you name it. As such, I’ve learned what makes a great pair. IYKYK: the shape, length, curl, and band size can totally make or break an intricate eye makeup look.

My favorite bulk lashes on Amazon

Suffice to say I consider myself to be a certified lash-snob at this point. Despite my high standards, my go-to lashes aren’t expensive or sold exclusively at makeup stores; they’re sold in bulk packs on Amazon for less than $10. Apart from the occasional festive set for a holiday or costume party, I haven’t strayed from these two styles for the last three years.

Favorite wispy: Wiwoseo Natural Faux Mink Lashes, 10-Pack

Volume? Check.

Years ago, I solely wore the Ardell Double Up falsies. I had a very difficult time finding voluminous lashes that had enough curl to give me the doe-eyed look I was going for. These wispy bulk lashes from Wiwoseo deliver the fullness and curliness of the Double Up lashes for a fraction of the cost. For only $9, you get 10 pairs of reusable lashes, averaging to just $.90 a pop. They’re soft, super fluffy, and have the 3D fullness effect you’d be hard-pressed to find outside of a higher-end lash brand.

Favorite dramatic: Veleasha 5D Faux Mink Lashes, 7-Pack

Drama?! Check.

According to my Amazon order history, I’ve been regularly purchasing the ‘Dubai’ style of these Veleasha bulk lashes since 2019 (!). I love sporting long, dramatic lashes on a weekend night out, and this brand does not disappoint. The band is flexible, the lashes feel super soft, and despite the length, they feel much lighter than they look. For $9, you get seven pairs of lashes that look they’d cost an arm and a leg. With over 19,000 5-star reviews, it’s safe to say the Amazon girlies agree with me: these lashes are fabulous.

Favorite lash glue: Duo Non-Irritating Brush-On Lash Adhesive, 2-Pack

As for lash glue, you guessed it—I get that from Amazon, too. The skin around my eyes is particularly sensitive, so I have to avoid lash glues that contain latex or formaldehyde (ew!) The brand Duo sells a fast-drying adhesive specifically formulated for people with sensitive skin like myself. It’s latex- and formaldehyde-free and contains skin-protecting vitamins A, C, and E. It applies white, allowing you to see exactly where you’re applying adhesive to the lash, but dries completely clear. I personally like to keep an extra tube in my purse in case of a runaway lash corner, and this 2-pack allows me to keep one at home, too.

But wait, there's more!
