The mornings that allow for sitting and savoring a hot cup of coffee and a plate of avocado toast are to be treasured. But the reality is that the hours before work are spent pressing snooze about three times and rushing to blow dry your hair—not leisurely enjoying your breakfast faves.

So bless Adam Rosante—wellness coachfounder of pay-what-you-can HIIT workout The People's Bootcamp, and author of the newly released (and totally free) e-book Super Smoothie Revolutionfor crafting a ridiculously easy-to-make green smoothie that combines both.

Yes, coffee and avocado, together in the same cup. (Swoon.)

Besides getting a serving of healthy fats from the avocado, Rosante sneaks in chia seeds to add a superfood boost, protein powder, and berries and cinnamon to add a touch of natural sweetness.
