It’s not every day that a frozen meal takes the internet by storm and or gets the sign-off from celebs like Rihanna, Mindy Kaling and Bella Hadid, but that's exactly what Fly by Jing's dumplings amassed. And now these dumplings can’t seem to stay on the shelf. The latest batch launched late last year and fans scooped them right off the market. But praise be: These internet-darling dumplings are finally back in stock after weeks of being sold out.

Fly By Jing Dumplings ($39/pack)

Available in three different fillings, these dumplings take just minutes to make and are sourced with the true and authentic ingredients found across China to elevate their taste.

So, what’s with all the hype? One word: quality. Fly By Jing founder and Chef Jing Gao made sure of that by sourcing the best ingredients across China and paying homage to the same flavors of the “hole-in-wall” style restaurants back in her hometown of Chengdu. The result? A premium and authentic-tasting line of dumplings that could seemingly fit on the menu at your local five-star Chinese restaurant. (We can confirm: They're that good.)

“I made these for myself because I couldn’t find good quality frozen dumplings out there, and I’m so excited to share these amazing flavors with you, right in the comfort of your own home,” Gao said on the company’s website. Gao is right: It's incredibly simple making these restaurant-quality dumplings at home—all you need to do is steam, air fry, toss them in a soup, or fry 'em up on a skillet. They're ultra versatile and have the perfect amount of flavor for any meal.

In case your taste buds are lighting up right about now, there are three types of fillings up for grabs: pork, shrimp and mushrooms; pork, shrimp and scallop; and pork KLB dumplings. But all options are good in our book. Each pack runs $39 a pop but you can try all three flavors in a variety pack for $107 if you’re down to splurge (if you're a dumplings person, we highly recommend this option). The direct-to-consumer brand also offers several different hot sauces (all supremely delicious) and other kitchen essentials to help take your meal up a notch. The sauces can be paired with the dumplings or as a savory side condiment to put on other foods (like your eggs or pizza) for an extra kick.
