The paint hasn’t dried yet at Flywheel’s two new New York studios opening this fall, but the brand has already signed a lease for another location, to debut in early 2014.

Located at 245 West 17th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues, the Chelsea studio will be just over 3,600 square feet, which is comparable to the the indoor cycling powerhouse’s Upper West Side digs. Unfortunately for Flybarre junkies, it will be home to cycling classes only.

And its neighbors will include other recently opened wellness hotspots, like Brick New York a few doors down, and Liquiteria’s new juice bar, right around the corner. —Lisa Elaine Held
