I’ve never been a morning person, but I have two Bluetick Coonhounds that wake me up early every day and put me in a good mood. The first thing I do is take them for a long walk through Central Park. At this time of year, the weather is chilly and mornings are dark, so I always wear my reflective puffer vest by Blanc Noir.

I listen to music during my walk, which gets me energized for the day ahead. Beats by Dre wireless headphones are easy to use and have the best sound. When I return home, I’m ready for a large iced coffee. I always make cold brew the night before with La Colombe’s organic and fair-trade Rouge Espresso Blend.

My beauty routine changes depending on my schedule for the day. Glamsquad will come over if I have an interview or photo shoot to prepare for. Otherwise, I wash my face and moisturize with Tatcha products. I’m also a huge fan of Biologique Recherche P50. I visit Vicki Morav for regular facials, so my daily routine is relatively low-maintenance. Oh, and lately I’ve been using Glossier Soothing Face Mist and Herbivore Botanicals Lapis Face Oil for mid-morning skin hydration, too.

I tie my hair up in a ponytail, put on my favorite pocket leggings from Vimmia and I’m ready for the day. I usually have an RX Bar or a smoothie for breakfast. I have an amazing recipe from one of the models that we work with: 1/4 avocado, cinnamon, cucumber, spinach, kale, almond milk, grapefruit, psyllium husk, lime, lemon, and ice at the end. If I’m in a rush, I’ll get the Advanced Berry Blend with no agave from Juice Press.

I arrive at the office around 10 a.m. every day and will have hot water with lemon throughout the morning to keep its healthy detoxifying benefits going throughout the day.  —As told to Victoria Lewis
