According to The Daily Mail, a recent survey of 2,000 adults showed that the majority of (randy) individuals prefer to have sex in the morning—9 a.m. on Sundays, to be exact.
Sounds reasonable: What would be more ideal than engaging in a little physical romance before enjoying brunch, football, and every other Sunday delight? (And if you’re a churchgoer, here’s a relationship-boosting reason to switch to a later service. They’ll understand, right?) Also, a 9 a.m. romp doesn’t take away from your precious hours of sleep like a late-night “You up?” encounter does—another win.

The research also found that Saturdays overall are more popular than every other day of the week, and Tuesday at 9 p.m. is the least desirable time to get intimate. Makes sense—the blur of busy workdays, a social life, and a regular sweat sesh can make sexytime tough to schedule (much less stay awake for).
Well, it’s not the worst thing to add into your weekend morning routine.
More hot-and-heavy intel: This is the one thing that couples who have better sex do. And if you’re feeling like your libido is on vacation, here’s how to deal with it.
