Come join us for a Recess Remix Workout! It’s our first IRL event in two years, and we’re pulling out all the stops with a sweat sesh led by one of the top trainers in the country.
In this class, Jeanette Jenkins will get your heart pumping by putting a fun twist on some of her favorite HIIT and cardio kickboxing combos. The workout will then move into some bodyweight sculpting and finish with yoga and stretching.
Jenkins, author and creator of The Hollywood Trainer Club and a guest instructor on Apple Fitness+, brings 30 years of experience to her workouts. She studied human kinetics at the University of Ottawa and is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
During this class, called the Recess Remix Workout, you can expect elements of HIIT and cardio-kickboxing, bodyweight sequences, yoga, and stretching—but also movements for the simple sake of plain, old-fashioned fun. Marking the first in-person event Well+Good has hosted in two years, the Recess Remix Workout is designed with the intent to remind you of the carefree days of school recess and being outdoors. Because couldn't we all use a bit of carefree energy in our lives right now?
