New York City is full of innovators. Including its yoga teachers. Meet Carlos Rodriguez, the creator of Caponyasa, a new style of yoga.
Caponyasa combines the tough, fast, and fiery elements of Capoeira, a form of Brazilian martial arts, with a vigorous vinyasa practice. The Caponyasa concept is an organic fusion of various practices that Rodriguez has personally studied.
