And you can even structure your sleep plan like a HIIT workout—but Crunch Gym is taking things to the next level by creating a class that is designed to give you great zzz's that night. Aptly titled "REM Cycle," it's a combo of HIIT, yoga, and relaxation, which alternates between fast cardio and soothing moves—with a playlist to match.

The class, a partnership between Crunch and Beautyrest mattresses, is meant to preach the gospel of good sleep by showing gym-goers that it's as important to your health as exercise and diet.
“Rest plays a pivotal role in nearly all areas of our waking lives; yet in our society, sleep is unfortunately viewed as a luxury rather than a necessity,” says Rebecca Robbins, PhD, Beautyrest's resident sleep expert.
And after a good night's snooze, you'll get in a better workout the next day (since studies show that consistent workouts of any kind improve your sleep)—so the idea is to up your performance in both dreamtime and go-time.
The class is being offered at select Crunch gyms in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Miami. If you don't happen to live in those cities, don't fret—starting next week you'll be able to find a home workout video of the session on Crunch's website.
And FYI (because all good things must come to an end), the IRL class is only available through the end of July. So get in your (fit) beauty sleep while you can.
Celebrities need a good night of rest, too. Check out Gabrielle Union's sleep-inducing mantra, Bella Hadid's trick for hitting the hay, and the concoction that helps Salma Hayek get her eight hours.
