You *Definitely* Need to Know What Goes Into Zac Efron’s Smoothie

Just because Zac Efron is currently traveling the world for his latest flick, The Greatest Showman (also starring Zendaya and Michelle Williams!) doesn't mean he can't make time to keep his health—and, uhh, abs—in check. And he's looking out for his loyal fans, too: The actor recently posted the recipe for his energizing smoothie on Instagram.

The actor has solidified a reputation for being a nutrition buff and is known for a clean, organic diet. Because of that, you won't find him reaching for junk food on the road; instead, he takes the time to make his go-to power smoothie using fresh, local ingredients—and it sounds delicious.

The combo of spinach, kale, blueberries, raspberries, avocado, banana, coconut water, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey keeps the actor going strong through all of his red-carpet interviews, according to his Instagram video.

In the recent Instagram video, Efron broke down what goes into the smoothie that's full of healthy fat, potassium, and fiber, saying he can't resist adding some honey for extra sweetness because it's so good in Australia, where he was when he blended the wellness beverage. The combo of spinach, kale, blueberries, raspberries, avocado, banana, coconut water, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey apparently keeps the actor going strong through all of his red-carpet interviews. Hey, it's hard work being Zac Efron!
