Jen Ator is a Colorado-based writer and editor with 15 years experience covering fitness, wellness, health, nutrition, and travel. She is the former editor-in-chief of Women's Running and former fitness director of Women's Health, as well as the author of the book The Fitness Fix: Quick HIIT Workouts, Easy Recipes, and Stress-Free Strategies for Managing a Healthy Life.
