I wake up at 6:30 a.m. for a Kundalini meditation and breath set. Then I try to blast myself with a few moments of cold water in my shower and do a good lymph activation with a skin brush.

My morning grooming is extremely minimal: face washing with mineral bar soap, tooth brushing with a herbal neem mud toothpaste, and nourishing my face with the rose water and carrot seed oil in Odacité’s Clair de Lune—the Moon Juice collab that was actually inspired by my morning routine.

Around 8 a.m., I warm my morning chi drink and [have] it in the car on my way to school drop-off. It has more than 25 grams of plant protein, and the super endocrine, brain, immunity, and libido-boosting powers of cordyceps, reishi, maca, and shilajit. I throw in ho shou wu and pearl as part of my beauty regime, plus a shot of two Quintons.

At 8:45, if I drop my son off at school, I stop off at some crazy stairs and climb to the top to see the sea, pick a flower, set an intention, and sometimes even take my first meeting via phone.

Then, at 9:30 a.m., I have a 16-ounce unsweetened, strong green juice. It’s my alkalizer, hydrator, energizer, source of protein and calcium, and overall mood balancer. It’s also my easy, lazy, delicious, skin regime. I also take three tablespoons of Moon Juice bee pollen. It’s a creamy, candy-like treat that gives me my daily vitamin B blast, as well as feeding my skin and helping hormone production.
