chia opener While we’re very aware that Well+Good readers know their way around a healthy kitchen (and love to peek into the healthy kitchens and fridges of others), we’re still really impressed.

We asked readers and social media followers to tag their best chia seed recipes with the hashtag #iheartchia, and we had the fun (and filling) work sorting through the flood of creative, inspiring dishes to choose our three favorites. It wasn’t easy, trust us. (But it was delicious!)
