chia openerWhile we’re very aware that Well+Good readers know their way around a healthy kitchen (and love to peek into the healthy kitchens and fridges of others), we’re still really impressed.

We asked readers and social media followers to tag their best chia seed recipes with the hashtag #iheartchia, and we had the fun (and filling) work sorting through the flood of creative, inspiring dishes to choose our three favorites. It wasn’t easy, trust us. (But it was delicious!)

Finally, we decided on these three innovative and gorgeous chia-packed meals—from smoothie to lunch bowl to (healthy) cookie. Here’s your sneak peek at three chia seed recipes that wowed us.
