New York: Saturday, October 18
Team Cardio: Barry’s Bootcamp followed by cycling at Swerve
Team HIIT and Chill: Exhale Core Fusion Extreme followed by Laughing Lotus Yoga
Team Row and Plyo: CityRow followed by The Movement’s CrossFlowX
Team Sculpt: Tone House followed by Sculpt Fusion at Uplift
Los Angeles: Saturday, October 25
Team Sculpt and Flow: Pure Barre followed by Hot 8 Yoga
Team Burn and Balance: Maha Burn followed by Unplug Meditation (in a special Santa Monica location)
After the workouts, join us for the after-party at Athleta Flatiron (Fifth Avenue at 18th Street) and Athleta Santa Monica (Third Street Promenade) and invite your friends! All are welcome to our celebratory sweaty soiree, which will include cold-pressed juice, light bites, beauty touch-ups, an epic raffle, and ridiculously amazing goody bags.
