Join us for The Beast boot camp, at the Sports Center at Chelsea Piers, on March 24
DUE TO OVERWHELMING DEMAND, THERE IS NOW A WAITLIST FOR THIS POPULAR EVENT.
Usually only offered as part of an 8-week boot camp, Well+Good readers can sample a special session of The Beast, a boot camp created and taught by former US Army Master Trainer Gerald Moore.
In addition to push-ups and hand-weight drills in the studio, Moore uses the whole 150,000-square-foot Chelsea Piers complex as an obstacle course. Every workout is a wild card, so we might find ourselves hopping around in the sand volleyball pit or racing across the monkey bars. No matter what, you’ll get to see and experience the New York City’s largest gym—the Sports Center is literally the size of four contiguous football fields.
This Well+Good Workout with Us event is open to 40 Well+Good subscribers. Here are the details on how you can experience this tough-as-nails drill sergeant’s boot camp. You must RSVP to attend.
