The super-fit (and super nice) celeb trainer Kira Stokes gained a major following when she developed her seriously sweat-producing, cardio, and strength-training classes called The Stoked Method more than a decade ago—and she’s about to amass an even greater one.

BFX Studio, the boutique fitness studio with gym-size aspirations, has teamed up with Stokes. And starting on November 10 she’ll be teaching four of her most popular classes at BFX exclusively. So, if you could never take her classes because you weren’t an Equinox or Reebok Sports Club/NY member, or have been craving one of her Revolve rides since she left that studio, she’ll finally have a homebase in New York where you can always find her, er, get your butt kicked by her.

“You don’t have to be a member of a club to ‘Get Stoked’ anymore…you just have to show up ready to work,” says Stokes, whose gym bag full of sneakers will be able to take a break from running job to job, too.

The exclusive partnership means that Stokes will only teach her Stoked Series classes—including the Stoked 360, Stoked C3BarreMAX, Stoked F.I.T. Camp, and Stoked Primal—at BFX in New York City. Stokes will also create new classes for BFX such as a fusion class of spinning and cross-training. She’ll still offer her boot camps in Central Park and in Westchester, and teach at Ripped.

“I turned 40 this year and I realized it’s time to practice what I preach. I am constantly telling clients ‘you need to step outside your comfort zone,'” says Stokes. “Me stepping into the boutique scene, is me stepping out of my comfort zone.” —Molly Gallagher
