Welcome to Wellness Confidential, our quick-fire interview series where we ask hard-hitting (okay, entertaining) wellness questions, lightning round-style.

Today we’re quizzing Annie Lawless, entrepreneur and lifestyle blogger behind Blawnde, co-founder of Suja Juice, and superherb pro.

First thing I did when I woke up this morning

Snuggled with my boyfriend.

My most memorable sweaty moment

A hike in Greece from Santorini to Oia, ending at a restaurant right on the water at sunset with a chilled glass of champagne and a grilled whole branzino.

The last time I used my oven

Yesterday! I made grain-free chocolate chip cookies.

One way I’ve given back that I’m most proud of

I founded a company whose mission is to make people feel better, become healthier, and live their best lives.

The wellness trend you’ll never see me try

Workout I’m currently obsessed with

I’ve been obsessed with yoga for the last 12 years—and think I will be forever. I still discover new things about my practice and learn new things all the time! And I am always hiking Torrey Pines when I’m home in San Diego.

The beauty product I’m constantly replenishing

Coconut oil! I use it as my lip balm, my skin moisturizer, my eye makeup remover, my shaving cream, and my hair mask. So I go through it constantly.

My mantra of the moment

“The world is my oyster.” I have so many big goals and plans for this year, and it can feel a little daunting when I see the hard work ahead of me to make them a reality. When I doubt myself or feel like something is out of my reach, I just remember that the world is my oyster. There are no rules, no boundaries, and no limits.

I never make a smoothie without adding

Cacao. Because everything is better with chocolate.

The one song that I’ve been playing on repeat

Kyo – “Stay.”

The one place I’d never wear yoga pants

Barneys or Neiman Marcus.

I firmly believe that a woman can never have too many

Beautiful handbags! We carry a lot in our lives, literally and figuratively, so why not do it in style?
