Kourtney Kardashian may be the most health-conscious of the Kardashian sisters, sipping on her low-sugar avocado smoothie every morning and teaching a body-positive mindset to her children. But Kim (who’s been following a strict Atkins diet) swears by a different wellness beverage of her own.

The celeb recently revealed on her app the five things she always keeps stocked in her fridge (apparently it’s one thing that isn’t documented on her reality show), and though they’re not all good for you, it turns out she has a healthy addiction to charcoal lemonade.

“I’m not super into the whole ‘juicing’ craze,” says Kim, whose other sis Kylie Jenner has had her own juicing woes. “But Pressed Juicery’s fresh drinks taste amazing and make the perfect snack,” says Kardashian.

She adds, “I’m currently into the Charcoal Lemonade, which is rich in vitamin C. I swear, when I drink it, I feel cleansed and energized throughout the day.” (Maybe she’s hip to activated charcoal—and its reputed detoxifying powers—from keeping up with Well+Good?)

Also in the celeb’s fridge? Bio-K probiotic—which she takes daily to keep her digestive and immune system balanced—and organic lean turkey slices for an on-the-go protein snack (we won’t mention the other two, but, hey, life’s about balance, right?).

Want to try Kardashian’s fave drink yourself? It’s actually really easy to make at home. Try this recipe from Yogi Mama:

Juice from 1/2 lemon
One quart of fresh filtered water
2 drops of lemon therapeutic essential oil
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
1 Tbsp of organic pure maple syrup
1 tsp of activated charcoal

Warm up the water on the stove,  squeeze the juice, and throw the lemons in a mason jar. Then pour the warmed water over the lemons and let it steep for about 20 minutes.

Remove the lemon wedges and add two drops of lemon oil into the maple syrup and add to the water lemon mix. Then add a teaspoon of activated charcoal, mix, and enjoy the fact that cameras don’t have to be in your face as you sip it.
