If half of your night is spent sleeping and the other half is spent in a full-on blanket battle with your significant other, it might be time to invest in a new duvet. Or better yet, two.

Sweden—the Scandinavian land home to lagom and plogging—has a genius sleeping hack that involves two duvets instead of one. And to help people on their relentless quest for better sleep, Ikea created a "TOG-ether" bundle to help you get a restful night of shut-eye, minus the pulling or tugging to stay warm.

Ikea noted research suggesting "half of Brits regularly lose out on a good night’s sleep, with 10 percent blaming stolen covers and 40 percent blaming temperature control as the cause," Today reported.

According to Today, the product's name is a play on the "tog rating" system—Ikea's way of measuring duvet weight and warmth. With TOG-ether, you and your partner can choose blankets that appeal to your personal preferences. Additionally, Today noted that Ikea's impetus for this innovation was research suggesting "half of Brits regularly lose out on a good night’s sleep, with 10 percent blaming stolen covers and 40 percent blaming temperature control as the cause."

And though Ikea's TOG-ether duvets were only available in the United Kingdom for one weekend, that doesn't mean you can't still sleep like a Swede. Apartment Therapy notes that you can hack the bed setup simply by ordering two of the same twin-size duvets. When it comes time to make your bed, fold them in half and lay them side-by-side. You can even toss a cozy throw blanket across the bottom of the bed to make things look extra tidy.

Want to personalize your sleep sich even further while still snoozing in peace next to your S.O.? Try a smart mattress that can analyze the dream-time stats of up to two sleepers at a time. It's the way of the future, after all.
