This just in: Your love of Pilates might actually help you find love. According to the popular dating site Zoosk, mentioning the trendy workout in your dating profile may gift you an inbox filled to capacity with eligible singles.

Mentioning Pilates in your profile could get you up to 160 percent more messages, Zoosk research found.

After surveying more than 7,000 of its members—as well as looking at data from more than a million dating profiles—the company was able to distill which wellness-related qualities folks are attracted to most. And while several workouts ranked high on that list, Pilates was by far considered the sexiest—so much so that mentioning it in your profile could get you up to 160 percent more messages.

But if you're not a Pilates fan, there's still hope for you in the love department: Name-dropping any workout that requires strong flexibility—like kickboxing, Zumba, and yoga—could lead to an increase in inbound messages, the survey found.

And these aren't the only dating tips that have come from Zoosk's research: Last year, the platform found that those who mention a love of guacamole in their profile get 144 percent more messages than those who didn't. And on top of that, vegetarians get 3 percent more replies and vegans get a whopping 62 percent more messages.

So, if you're looking for love (or maybe just a Valentine's Day date), just update your bio to something along the lines of "I'm a guacamole-obsessed vegan who does Pilates on the daily." You'll (probably) be inundated with messages in seconds.
