First up? None other the dance cardio queen herself, Tracy Anderson. Every day for the next week, she’ll be here to preach what she practices: getting sweaty on the reg.

The trainer-to-the-stars will be sharing exclusively with Well+Good readers one new video each day this week to inspire you to get active. (Plus, she’ll be showing Well+Good readers what motivates her this Friday, January 6 when she takes over our Instagram.) All you’ll need? Some space in your apartment to get sweaty, a pair of light weights (five pounds or less), plus—if you’re up for the challenge—a pair of ankle weights.
Anderson suggests you start out small and increase resistance when you feel ready: “I need you to be patient with yourself and your body—don’t do anything that would hurt or injure you,” she says. “Jump into it, but just jump in by moving and flowing with it and don’t worry if it’s the absolute hardest level—you’ll only get better and better.”
So pull out your fave leggings and get ready to move—because 2017 is the year you make it your mission to sweat every single day, with the help of Tracy Anderson’s workout plan.
