Let us introduce you to your new fitness/life/everything BFF: CJ Frogozo.

Why are you about to hear all about this barre3 instructor, cancer survivor, and badass inspiration to women everywhere? Because she’s the winner of America’s Most Inspiring Trainer. Huge congrats, CJ!

We teamed up with Reebok to search the country for fitness instructors who #traintoinspire—and you responded by nominating nearly 5,000 of them. After our expert judges narrowed it down to 12 awesome finalists, almost 200,000 votes flooded in. And now, the judges have made the final call: It’s Frogozo!

Having overcome thyroid cancer at age 32, the marathoner, yogi, and barre pro believes in the ability of fitness to empower—and volunteers for political campaigns to fight for women’s rights in her free time. Her clients call her “a power woman for every person” and “my ally not just in the studio—but in life.”

Look for more from this inspirational game-changer on Well+Good, and stay tuned for buzzy collaborations with Reebok (Frogozo just landed a coveted one-year contract with the fitness megabrand). Trust us—she’s got big plans.
