How Tove Lo’s nutritionist keeps her gut health on point (even while traveling)

For Courtney Swan, life as Tove Lo’s nutritionist means she’s always on the go (the superstar singer is performing all over the world this summer, after all). But despite her constantly changing basecamp, Swan manages to find ways to maintain her health status quo—no matter what city (or country) she currently calls home.

“As a nutritionist, health is obviously a huge aspect of my life,” Swan says. “Even though I’m on the road all the time traveling, I still find ways to keep up my healthy routine.”

We teamed up with Amazing Grass to take you behind the scenes of Swan’s morning during a brief stint back in the states before embarking on a European leg of Tove Lo’s tour.

“If there’s one supplement that you’re going to take, I would say take a probiotic.”

One staple of her routine: Keeping up on her probiotics and greens. “If there’s one supplement that you’re going to take, I would say take a probiotic,” the Realfoodology blogger advises.

The Detox & Digest blend of Amazing Grass Green Superfood delivers 1 billion CFU of probiotics along with alkalizing greens and detoxifying fruits and herbs—all in a blend that can be easily mixed into nut milk or water so it’s accessible on the go.

Watch the video above to see how Swan works the blend into her routine, plus more healthy hacks the food activist relies on during every adventure.
