Swifties woke up to a fun surprise this morning. At midnight, Taylor Swift released her eighth studio album, Folklore, and it's filled with songs she's poured all of her "whims, dreams, fears, and musings" into. Swift wrote and recorded all 16 songs (plus a bonus track!) in isolation like a true quarantine champ, and she didn't think there was a better time to release it than right now. Which is great for all of us, because I know I'm not the only one whose workout playlist needs a refresh.

Every era of Taylor has given us incredible new jams with memorable lyrics, and Folklore is no exception. Someone commented "the entire album sounds like driving at sunset with the windows down" on one of her videos, and there's really no better way to describe the track list. These songs were made for chill nights in. Or—better yet—serving as the perfect kick-off and cool-down for your workouts. Paired with some of her best hits from the past, this is one playlist you'll be listening to non-stop.
