Here’s what you’ll be up to each day at the debut Well+Good Retreat at Avalon Palm Springs, March 25–28, 2018! All activities are optional (we get that me-time is important, too) and this schedule is subject to change. 

Sunday, March 25

Arrive and settle in at the gorgeous Avalon Hotel in Palm Springs
1 p.m. Light lunch and guest welcome to the very first Well+Good Retreat!
3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Restorative Le Stretch class with fitness star Charlee Atkins
4:00 p.m. Official check-in
5:00 p.m. Special workshop with culinary and wellness expert Candice Kumai
7:00 p.m. Meet and mingle with the Well+Good community during an al fresco dinner

Monday, March 26

7:30 a.m. Light sit-down breakfast featuring acai bowls, eggs, and more
9:30 a.m – 11 a.m. Endorphin-filled Le Sweat morning workout with Charlee Atkins
12:30 p.m. Family-style lunch created by Avalon Hotel’s star chef
1:30 p.m. Afternoon chill time to hang by the pool or book a spa experience
3:00 p.m. Special workshop with Candice Kumai for simple meals you can make IRL
4:00 p.m. Restorative Le Stretch session with Charlee Atkins

10:15 – 11:15 a.m. Special workshop with Candice leading into a farewell brunch
12:30 p.m. Check out of rooms (but you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the property!)
