When something works great once, why not use it during round two? That's Hilary Duff's exact mentality for her current pregnancy. The Younger star is using the same tactics this second time around to ensure she feels her best from the inside out—especially when it comes to dealing with stretch marks.

Despite being a self-proclaimed "product junkie" who switches up her routine often, when it comes to treating stretch marks during pregnancy, Duff has found herself revisiting two go-to natural hydrators that keep her skin moisturized. "I used sweet almond oil and coconut oil a lot during [my last] pregnancy, and I'm kind of doing the same thing with this one," Duff recently told Byrdie.

And she's definitely onto something with her oils of choice. While cosmetic chemist Ni'Kita Wilson says coating your belly with coconut oil keeps skin super-soft, sweet almond oil is key to combatting the stretch-mark aspect. According to Amy Galper, certified aromatherapist and educator at the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies, the oil (which you shouldn't confuse with pure almond oil) is all sorts of powerful. "Sweet almond oil, the commonly used oil in all skin-care formulations, is excellent for healing and soothing the skin—especially in supporting cell health and potential regeneration. This is due to its nice amount of essential fatty acids and trace vitamins," she tells me. "It's a great choice for supporting the healthy, immunity, and resiliency of the skin."

So, whether you're dealing with stretch marks or simply want to up the health of your skin, do like Duff and grab these oils to give your complexion a boost.
