Account Executive (LA, Chicago, SF)

Well+Good is looking for a full-time advertising sales Account Executive. In this position, you will work closely with all parts of the company to develop creative advertising solutions for our partners. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in the digital media industry, have a passion to live your healthiest life, and drive to succeed in a start-up environment.


  • Prospect, negotiate and secure media partnerships with agencies and clients
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals and maximize all revenue and growth opportunities for Well+Good
  • Foster and nurture client relationships and be responsive, visible and relevant to designated account list
  • Create advertiser solutions/advertising proposals, partnership programs for clients and agencies
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and provide on-going reporting and feedback to sales management
  • Participate in strategic planning for new online products and traffic-driving initiatives


  • 5+ years of digital advertising sales
  • Proven go-getter with ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

Assistant Branded Content Editor

In this role, you’ll work with a variety of teams at Well+Good to create engaging, on-brand sponsored content for a variety of partners. This person will work directly with the branded content editor, as well as collaborate with multiple teams across Well+Good. The ideal candidate has a strong writing background (and is excited to apply that to branded content—not just editorial!) and has creative ideas for communicating brands’ objectives to Well+Good readers in a fresh and organic way.


      • Write custom articles, dedicated emails, and social media copy for sponsored content
      • Address client copy revisions and dictate responses to clients when necessary
      • Communicate with clients on campaign kick-off calls
      • Work closely with multiple teams at Well+Good to keep content timeline on track and ensure high standards of quality
      • Participate in concept brainstorms for upcoming campaigns


      • 1–3 years writing and editing experience in a branded, editorial, or copywriting capacity
      • Familiarity with wellness brands (and passion for the wellness scene!)
      • Ability to think journalistically and apply an editorial lens to brands’ key objectives
      • Strong interest in developing great sponsored content and interested in becoming a leader in the world of branded content (not just editorial writing)
      • Desire to learn about writing for ads, video, and event signage
      • Experience writing social media copy (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
      • Great organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
      • Ability to meet hard deadlines and keep track of multiple campaigns

Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager role is crucial to ensuring the success of digital advertising campaigns from initial ideation through implementation and delivery. The client-facing role includes daily communication with Audience Development, Branded Content, Design, Editorial, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to ensure accurate media plan creation, insertion order generation, optimal campaign management and performance, and client retention.

This is an integral position within an integrated media company. It requires attention to detail, critical thinking, enthusiasm, organization, resilience, self-discipline, self-motivation and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. The position also requires an analytical and logical thinker with the conviction to meet problems head-on and solve them accurately and quickly.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years experience in account management and digital media plan creation.
  • Fluency in digital media language: impressions, CTR, CPM, eCPM, CPV, vCPM, etc.

Style Editor

Well+Good, the premier lifestyle and news publication dedicated to the wellness scene, has an immediate opening for a full-time style editor, based in its airy and light-filled New York offices, where there may also occasionally be free green juices and coffee. This is not a remote position.

The editor will be responsible for spearheading Well+Good’s style content, including conceptualizing stories, writing, styling, and collaborating with video. It requires a strong familiarity with athleisure brands and trends, as well as fashion contacts.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, as well as experience working at an online lifestyle site.

This is a fast-paced writing role. The candidate should also be positive, extremely organized, and adept at working under tight daily deadlines. This is the perfect opportunity for a style-obsessed editor who cares about athleisure and journalism in equal measure.

Required experience:

  • 3+ years of digital writing experience for a fast-paced style or lifestyle site


  • Pitch and write style content
  • Contribute to and host style-related video content
  • Work with art team on styling shoots for the site and social media

Social Media Intern

Well+Good is seeking a social media intern to support Well+Good’s social media associate and audience development team. Candidates must have a strong interest in social media and knowledge of what the next big social trends will be.

The social media intern will work closely with many teams at Well+Good to help grow Well+Good’s brand awareness through social media. The ideal candidate has a passion for health and wellness and has their finger on the pulse of social media. This is a paid position based in New York, NY with availability to start as soon as possible. 


  • Understanding of major social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram Stories, Facebook Live) – how to use them and how to analyze their data
  • Familiarity with basic analytics and platforms such as Google Analytics, Social Flow a plus
  • Strong grasp of the health and wellness social media scene (knowledge of up and coming Instagram influencers and/or Facebook accounts to be watching)
  • Ability to create copy for social networks including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram.
  • Ability to write quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
