Prime Now, a service included in Amazon Prime memberships (not to be confused with Amazon Fresh, which incurs an additional fee and offers an expanded delivery menu that includes produce options), just started offering same-day delivery on a bunch of products from Whole Foods’ 365 line. The move is aligned with Amazon’s mission to get customers more and more items (even plants) in less and less time to compete with other titans in the home-delivery arms race, like Target and Costco.
