Ever since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry became engaged, it’s become increasingly clear that the royal-to-be could totally be a Well+Good reader. She’s a fan of Pilates, Transcendental Meditation, and fruit-flavored cakes, after all—and now it’s even more clear that the former Suits actress is a wellness aficionado. She’s a smoothie sipper just like you.
According to an older interview that resurfaced from The Chalkboard Mag, Markle’s devoted to a certain coconut-flavored blend. It’s easy to copy, too, since it contains kitchen staples you likely already have stocked, like cinnamon (anti-inflammatory!), almond milk, and chia seeds (a great source of fiber).
Sometimes, Markle admits to swapping the recipe for a more tangy frozen mango, lime, and turmeric instead of cinnamon (also anti-inflammatory, of course). Either way, sounds scrumptious.

1 packet of your shake powder of choice (Markle uses Clean Cleanse vanilla)
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1 tsp of cinnamon
Some chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut water
