You love a superfood hack as much as the next wellness-obsessed woman—but nobody has time to scour the internet endlessly for ideas or sweat over a 30-ingredient breakfast.

We got you, and so does Simple Mills. With its whip-up-and-go baking mixes that you can snag at Target, you’ve got a base for everything from banana muffins to pancakes—AKA, a starter for jazzed up recipes like these sweet potato collagen waffles (if that sounds like the ultimate wellness combo, well, it is).

“I often make one of our mixes and put it into the oven before I take a shower in the morning,” says Simple Mills founder and CEO Katlin Smith. “By the time I’m out, I’ve got a warm treat that’s ready to go.”

If this sounds like the ultimate wellness combo, well, it is.

Each baking mixes taps real-food ingredients like almond flour, coconut flour, and coconut sugar without fillers or other processed additives. “We’ve been most passionate about cutting out ingredients made in a lab and replacing them with those that can be found in nature,” explains Smith.

And they’re crazy versatile for tons of wholesome recipes. “Because our products are made of a minimal number of simple ingredients, they can be as easy to mix together as anything else you’d make for breakfast or a snack,” says Smith.  Score your new fave breakfast recipe below.

Simple Mills Sweet Potato Collage Waffle

Sweet Potato Collagen Waffles

Even the most serious cases of Sunday Scaries can be squashed when you know waffles are on the menu Monday morning. Bonus: They’re comfort-food-level good and packed with hearty ingredients like chia or flax seeds for omegas and collagen to promote healthy skin.

Plus, they freeze well so you’re all set to reheat and dress them up however you’d like. May we suggest almond butter and banana slices, strawberries and cacao chips, or a perfectly cooked egg and avocado?

With a blend of almond flour, coconut flour, and organic coconut sugar, the Simple Mills Pancake and Waffle Mix is designed to keep you full through a.m. meetings/errands/super-parent duties until lunchtime. Non-stop week, meet your match.
