Recently the Powerless star revealed that she sticks to the ketogenic diet, the healthy fat-fueled, low carb eating plan that Kim Kardashian, Adriana Lima, and Megan Fox are all into.

“I think that we’ve been brainwashed to think that fat is bad, but really, it’s what going to make you feel fuller longer. And your body can burn it and use it as fuel.”
