As nice as it would be to have a few free hours to spend at the gym every day, that’s just not a fitness reality for many folks. And for those times when you’re trying to get through each item on your to-do list before getting a good night’s sleep, consider trying Kristen Bell‘s quick, equipment-free routine that will help you work up a sweat in a hurry.

“I don’t have an hour and a half—I have 25 minutes, max. I sprint up my driveway, walk back, repeat. I do it 10 or 15 times.” —Kristen Bell

Instead of taking the time to go to the gym, Bell stays put at home and heads outside for some sprints: “I need fast workouts. I don’t have an hour and a half—I have 25 minutes, max,” Bell told Shape. “I sprint up my driveway, walk back, repeat. I do it 10 or 15 times.”

Bell’s workout is quick in duration and pace, and she says it makes her feel great, inside and out, citing the benefits sprinting gifts the heart, brain, and body. But on the days when she does have a little more time, you can find the actress in yoga class, which she prefers a whole lot more than sprints. (#Same.)

“I enjoy the physical and mental reset I get in yoga more than any other workout,” Bell said. “Being in a meditative state while I’m challenging my body is ideal. I like the fact that you set an intention because there’s always something that I’m working through in a day, and it helps me do that.”

Between her literally fast cardio sessions and the relaxing benefits of yoga, it sounds like the actress has mastered a healthy mix (to match her healthy relationship).

Here’s the wellness beverage Kristen Bell drinks to kick-start her day. And while you’re at it, take a look at the three clean-beauty products she can’t live without.
