The Tropical Green Smoothie You’ll Want to Sip All Summer

Total Time
5 minutes
“It’s super hot and humid where I live in Florida, and on a summer day, we sweat and lose precious electrolytes without much work,” says Hansard. “This green smoothie replenishes your electrolyte levels in just a few delicious sips.”
Made with kale, fresh mint, coconut water, pineapple, and lime, Hansard recommends using frozen pineapple to save both time and money. To prep ahead, combine all the ingredients (except the coconut water) in a freezer safe container and freeze until you’re ready to use it. Then, simply blend it with the coconut water. And totally understandable if you want to add a little umbrella in there for a finishing touch.
