Workout tops with a built-in bra are not only great at keeping you cool, they're also more cost effective than buying a separate bra and tank, versatile enough to wear for a sweat sesh or dressed up with a flowy skirt and sandals, and more comfortable since they give you some air flow and aren't covered by another piece of sweat-retaining fabric. Whether you're looking for a breathable yoga-ready cami, or a seamless, compression top for a high-impact gym day, these are the sports bra tank tops that are here to keep you supported and keep the sweat off of you all season long.

This jersey ribbed tank is not only comfortable, supportive, and covers just enough up top to ensure no mid-workout spillage, but it’s also made from a blend of recycled polyester and spandex, making it a great eco-conscious choice. Reviewers love the fact that the double-layered design has just the right amount of compression without having to have cups.

Great for sweaty studio classes, this built-in bra cropped tank features removable cups, compression fabric, and a racerback design that allows for much needed mobility and airflow during a workout. The high neck silhouette adds and extra layer of support for higher intensity sessions.

What to look for in a tank top with a built-in sports bra
A good sports bra can make all the difference in a workout. "There’s nothing worse than being focused in your sweat session, only to be distracted by having to readjust a strap or feeling like you can’t take the deep breath you really need. I say 'The better the sports bra, the better the workout!'" says Shantani Moore, a Pure Barre XPRO for Xponential+. And since you're going to be sweating it in, look for fabrics that are breathable or sweat-wicking.
The perfect fit will vary from individual to individual, but Moore says one way to know if a tank sports bra is too tight is if parts of your chest are coming out of the side or the straps are too tight on the back. And if you are worried if the top is too loose: "Do a couple jumping jacks and you’ll know right away!"
