The royal wedding is days away, which means it’s time to get serious about your viewing-party plans. That is, unless you’re one of the fortunate 1,200 members of the public The Telegraph reports have been granted permission to gather near St. George’s Chapel inside the grounds of Windsor Castle to celebrate Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s ceremony. Still, regardless of whether you plan to watch the couple emerge from their nuptials IRL or via live stream, snacks are obviously in order.

But, take note if you’re one of the lucky public citizens handpicked to celebrate among the royal lovebirds: Although some snacks will reportedly be available, per royal instructions, you should plan on bringing your own picnic lunch.

So, in the spirit celebrating love (wedding cake!), your women’s circle viewing party, and all things British (tea!), I’ve compiled a royal selection of healthy snacks that are perfect for the occasion, whether you’re picnicking on the regal British lawn or on your couch in your “soft pants,” (AKA leggings) as you watch the televised ceremony.

Find your perfect royal wedding food spread below.

If you’re making your way across the pond for the royal wedding, try Meghan Markle’s trick for staying bloat free on flights, but make sure this surprising item isn’t in your luggage.
