The farmers’ market is currently overflowing with galas and pink ladies, and—if you’re on the apple-picking train—your fridge probably looks like an orchard right now (#fallgoals).

But while eating apple pie for breakfast would certainly be nice, it’s not exactly the ideal meal to fuel you through your day. Not to mention, it’s seriously lacking on the nutrition—ahem, protein—front.

So, what are you supposed to do with all the sweet, juicy fruit currently taking up valuable real estate in your crisper drawer? Just blend a nutrient-packed smoothie, courtesy of ALOHA.

Green Apple Pie Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients
5 apples, cut in quarters and cored
2 cups almond milk
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp of ALOHA Coconut
2 scoops of ALOHA Vanilla Protein
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt

Preparation

Blend all ingredients on high for 30 to 40 seconds.

Apple, Almond, and Spice Smoothie

Serves 4

Ingredients
5 apples, cut in quarters and cored
2 cups almond milk
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp of ALOHA Coconut
2 scoops of ALOHA Vanilla Protein
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt

Preparation

Blend all ingredients on high for 30 to 40 seconds.

Healthy Apple Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
3/4–1 cup water, depending on desired thickness
1 cup applesauce
1 serving ALOHA Chocolate Protein
1/2 cup yogurt of choice
2 teaspoons ALOHA Coconut
1/2 ripe banana
1/4 cup pecans
1 cup spinach (optional)

Preparation

Starting with the water, add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend and enjoy!
