“The Chia Oat Pitaya Super Bowl is my go-to breakfast when I’m on a mission to impress,” says  Ksenia Avdulova of Breakfast Criminals, a site devoted to, well, breakfast. “It’s a hybrid of overnight oats, chia pudding, and a pitaya smoothie bowl, and memorable for its amazing deep purple shade created by marrying magenta-colored pitaya and deep green spirulina.”

YIELD: Makes 1 serving

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pitaya or dragonfruit smoothie pack
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp goji berries

Blend until smooth and top with one handful frozen blueberries and raspberries, one handful goji berries, and one teaspoon flax seeds.
