Happy Green Juice Day to you!

It seems like almost every day has become National Fill-in-the Blank Food Day. But forget National Doughnut Day and National Cheese Day—January 26 is now officially Green Juice Day. Finally, a holiday we can get behind!

Why now? “We hope to inspire people to keep their wellness resolutions in the new year,” says Jeff Hansberry, president of Evolution Fresh, the company responsible for giving green juice its due (and its day).

So, how will you celebrate? You could make your own green juice at home using our favorite go-to recipes—or maybe this winter-friendly warm green juice. If you live with juice doubters, you might be able to win them over with this recipe. If that doesn’t work, there are so … many … other … recipes.

So cheers to our new favorite holiday! And bonus: You might even be able to get a freebie delivered to you. —Alison Feller
